I'm not going to lie; I need it a vitamin and I was originally sold on the presentation of the packaging. Now I make my whole family take it and I have in auto reorder. I feel my joints don't hurt as much as they used to, my hair is not falling as much, and my skin looks great, my nails are growing strong. The pill is small and soft, easy to swallow, looks like a tinny gummy but better, orange in color and with no after taste, and no heavy smells, Vegan according to the label, I think it's a great product with a good price.
