There were no instructions or direction given on what template to use when printing. So I just used an Avery template with the same sized labels and it printed outside the white area. I ruined all the labels

This was not what I expected. I thought there was multiple sizes. I have not used yet, so I cannot really comment on the quality of the product.

I use these labels on envelopes and the border elegantly highlights the addressee.

This product did not come with instructions for how to find an appropriate template. I thought an Avery template might work because the back of the sheets say Avery but it didn’t align. It also did not fit in my printer tray and smeared ink is everywhere. The page is not truly 8.5”x11”. I wish I could get a refund, very disappointed :/
