Is the ink for real skin or practice skin? And is the ink safe to put in my skin

Yes the ink is safe for skin ( I have used it before) but there is always a slight risk of allergic reaction so I can’t say that it will work for you skin.

Is the ink the same Ink as ink a professional would use or does it contain the same things the other ink has ?

Aye I've used this ink many times in myself& others and it's very dark and sticks well. I trust it

Are the needles already sterile?

Yea the needles are packaged in sterile packaging.
