Q: I have white pvc fence posts, not wood. still usable?

As long as the post dimensions are within the tolerance of the inside of the post cap then yes. They are attached from the side with a small screw.

Q: Do these work on vinyl fence posts?

Not sure they fit perfect on 4x4 wooden posts and come with an adapter to fit on 6x6 wooden posts. If I had to guess I would say no they don’t fit on vinyl posts. Usually it is specifically listed in the items description to fit on vinyl posts compared t wooden posts.

Q: can they handle florida sun?
