I like that it is adjustable and has a buckle. I use it to carry my iPhone 5s. I like that it rides in the small of my back and has very little bounce.But, I dislike that the pocket is so small. It only fits my phone and keys - that's it.I also have a Level Terrain FlipBelt, which I have to pull on over my head and makes me sweat disgustingly because it is a double layer heavy knit.

Have run with it several times--it's great. Really doesn't bounce/can't even feel it's there.
