If a micro SD card can't fit into the quarter then what type of media is sitting in the quarter in the example photo?

See the micro SD card in the photo does fit into the coin length and width wise but as far as depth it does not it is too thick what i did was hollow the coin out a little more with a drill press honestly your best bet if your trying to conceal something would be to spend the extra few bucks and get the half dollar one instead my main motivation for getting the coin was for the collector value due too my Soviet era spy collection im starton
