MusicNomad Precision String Action Gauge Ruler for String Height- Metric, SAE, 64ths (MN602)

Helped to fix the problems on my Cort Start look-alike. I'd tried cheaper lesser alternatives, but as usual, Music Nomad comes to the rescue. Great product, an well worth the extra few bucks/quid

Bought one of these because I was frustrated with the cheap gauge I had (after I noticed one of the scales had 5 64th markings at the 4/64 line!). The white print on black and the clear instructions regarding bottom of string to top of line make this a clearer and more accurate string action gauge. I have a small collection of MusicNomad tools now, well worth it over cheap options.

Very accurate gauge of high quality. Functions as described and a lot more accurate than a cheaper version I previously purchased on Amazon. Being black with White markings also makes it easy to use and easier to view the readings. Compared to a cheaper version, this is value for money and worth paying the extra for the accurate readings.

I’m loving this string action gauge, very clear markings in both imperial and metric. I’d always used feeler gauges but this beats them hands down. I like the black background, with white lines, it gives an instant reading, so easy to measure and adjust. Can’t imagine going back now!

Very well thought out and useful set of measurement rulers - a noticeable improvement over most products of this type. I did feel the corners could be a bit more rounded off. They’re quite sharp. However, this item is outrageously overpriced for what it is.

Ich habe die Saitenlage 20 Jahre nach Gefühl eingestellt oder umständlich mit einer Fühlerlehre vom Grabbeltisch. Bis ich in einem Video auf dieses Gadget gestoßen bin. "Leider" ist MusicNomad der einzige Hersteller, der alles richtig macht. Dunkle farbe für guten Kontrast, alle relevanten Maße (Saitenhöhe, Pickup-Höhe, metrisch und angloamerikanisch), keine scharfen Kanten. Warum leider? Weil der Preis natürlich doch saftig ist im Vergleich zu den übrigen Blechteilen. Aber letztlich eine Anschaffung fürs Leben. Und wer billig kauft, kauft bekanntlich zwei mal.

The edges are perfectly straight and it does what a fret rocker is supposed to do. The best thing however, about this tool is the easily read setup guide imprinted on it. Such a simple idea but absolutely brilliant. Love it. Use it once and you will never reach for your 64ths ruler again. The metal is a little on the thin side but thick enough so that there should never be an issue unless you do something stupid. Compared to the cheaper ones available, to me this is well worth the extra money. It is thinner than a StewMac fret rocker, which I'm sure is a quality tool. Having said that, the StewMac has no markings and is nearly double the price. The Music Nomad works for me.

Très bien et très pratique. Juste un peu cher quand même. Mais cest pas du papier donc… à posséder pour sa guitare
