I mill my own rice flour - will this sift out the somewhat larger peices to achieve a super fine flour or should I get a 60 mesh?

I bought the 40 and the 60 mesh because I did not know either. I grind wheat and barley flours. I found the 40 mesh does and great job with both. The 60 meah is used only when I want very extra fine flour. I use both but the 40 mesh about 75% of the time. I use the brand that is leftover in meatloaf, bran muffins, as for dusting board when rolling cracker dough and chicken feed.
