Powerful, easy. No batteries
The adapter with the little balls makes the whole difference in the world feeling the massager on the back and joints, just by that adapter alone it's a must have

Poor presentation
I ordered this and look at the condition it was received, this is very poor and a totally disappointing experience.

Very frustrated. Looks like it was used fir a long while. Even box seems old.
It's not massaging its only shaking. Looks very old and previously used.
