Several problems
The letters provided were not as large as the ones in the photograph so were not suitable for what I wanted.It took 6xAA batteries rather than the 3 mentioned in the product description.The USB cable felt warm along his length as soon as it was plugged in ? faulty.Returned for refund.

Simple use only
The remote doesn't work so can only have it on the white setting, not ideal but works for what we need it for.

A great product but...
The quality of the light box is second to none, I wish I could say the same of the decorative cards and the seller customer care.A problem immediately developed with the decorative cards, when removing the tiles from the sheet even with minimal pressure the laminate behind the tiles began to peal and tear. This isn't ideal with a single use of the product.I was guided to the sellers page by Amazon when I wished to request replacements and the link imbedded into the listing is broken; the sellers 'Contact Page' isn't working.Not great customer service and the only way I can see this issue been resolved is to request a refund from Amazon.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t bother buying this. Badly made, letters don’t even fit. The moment you move it all the letters slide out. Pile of cr*p. No apostrophes either…
