It’s really great. Works between knees , under back (to avoid sleeping on back when pregnant ) , and as a nice pillow when sitting on sofa . I used it most my pregnancy before getting too big and switching to pregnancy pillow .

The pillow itself is spot clean only.This is a very firm pillow, as it should be for support. It does fit between my knees well, but since it doesn't have the curves like a pillow made specifically to use between the knees, it does slip out of place during the night.The heart shape makes this an extra cute wedge pillow.

As is common for pregnant women, sleeping got uncomfortable for my wife during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. So I wanted her to try a wedge pillow like this, hoping that it'd do the trick. But I'm sorry to say that this pillow did not help very much.For her, the pillow was a bit too firm, and the angle of the wedge was too shallow for her pregnant belly. Obviously, this will vary from woman to woman, but it just was not comfortable for her. It wasn't all bad though.The pillow case is soft, and easily removeable for washing. The zipper is placed in a way that it does not poke out, a big bonus for sensitive pregnant bellies. A few times she found a comfortable spot for the pillow, wedged between her legs. However, she mostly just didn't use it.For pregnant women who are really having trouble sleeping, a wedge pillow like this is probably worth a shot. Just don't have too high expectations. I imagine that some women will love this pillow, it's just that my wife did not.
