Removes the fuzz excellently.Only issue is, this product should have had a slot for placing the tiny cleaning brush that comes with it - it is likely to get misplaced or even lost since it is very small.

Sending it back ... batteries in, switch doesn't turn on ....hope another will work. Its just the size we need..

The factory packaging would have made it almost impossible for this item to get broken. And, since there were no plastic pieces inside the packaging, it had to have been broken before it was ever packaged. The round plastic cover that fits over the shaver head and allows you to adjust the height was cracked and a piece broken off. I did not contact the seller regarding a replacement as it is not convenient for me to be able to get out in order to return the item. That plastic piece falls off or fills with lint if you try to use it while it's on there, but I found I can still use it using gentle pressure without it being on. The size is nice and easy to hold.UPDATE April 10, 2013: After trying to use this item for awhile it really has pretty much turned out to just be a piece of junk. I tried changing the battery but it just barely works. I would not recommend this item.

This product is effective. I gave it 3 stars because the adjustable plastic on the rim is too fragile. It broke same day I received the product. I did not return the product because I can still use it.
