KawecoInk Cartridges Pack of 6 Royal Blue

Mi piace molto la consistenza di questo inchiostro: è corposo, ma allo stesso tempo rende il tratto del pennino scorrevole. Anche la tonalità del blu è molto piacevole alla vista. Consiglio

I got this pack for my Kaweco Brass Sport, mostly so i can have extra Kaweco cartridges that i can clean out and refill with my own bottled ink at a higher capacity than the Kaweco converter. (The Kaweco converter is very small in capacity and often better to just refill the stock cartridge instead). For that purpose these cartridges work great.I chose the Royal Blue because out of the Kaweco ink options it seemed to be the closest to my preference. Kaweco inks are by no means extraordinary in color or performance but they do have a nice consistent performance and behavior that i cannot discount. It flows with relative ease but is not a wet ink, it does not smear much (if at all) and dries very quickly. It is not waterproof and washes off hands with pretty good ease. The color is a nice purple-blue that looks really nice when writing, then dries in a kind of flat state. My biggest negative is the flat look of the dry ink on most papers, with that being said that does make it a really nice professional ink that doesn't have unnecessary frills.In summation, for an everyday ink that performs without concern give this ink a try. For an artist or for someone whose using their pen for more creative endeavors and vivid colors maybe look elsewhere.

Other than one coming empty due to it leaking at some point the rest came just fine

I love the colour and they flow well. I find them too small. They only hold a little quantity of ink and with a BB nib it flows out rapidly. Perhaps with the finer nibs this wouldn’t be so noticeable. I’d prefer larger cartridges if they made them.
