The exercise ball comes with a manual pump with different sized nozzles that can be used to fill it up. Before being inflated there may be a few creases and dents on the ball, which smooth out well once inflated completely. A automatic ballon inflator can also used

item was received in good condition and packagingeasy to inflate - it came with simple instructionshas spare pins for future usewhen inflated, ball was firm, stable and ready to be used for workouts.

I like this
Been using for a week now and I love it. It's a good quality ball for its price. Im 5'1 and this is just enough ball for me. Not sure if it suits taller ones. The pump though is not that good quality but im fine with it. It still pumps but takes long time.

Don’t recommend for adults
If s very soft even on maximum inflation. You have a back pain from it. May be for child will be ok, but not for adults.Better add go for good one
