Basic Tactics for Listening, 3rd Edition 3rd Edition

I first gave this item a 2 star rating because It did not include all of the audio in the downloadable archive. However, after speaking with support and perhaps a month later, they finally realized that it was an error on their side. They have since updated the download archive to include all of the audio files. In addition, I have used this with my A2-Elementary students, and it has been extremely helpful. The language and vocabulary is extremely useful. My students really enjoy it.

I had expected the whole set, with workbook, test booklet and audio, for this price at least, no I'm NOT happy

This is meant to be used in a classroom by a teacher trained in language learning strategies. It is written by one of the premiere language learning strategy experts in the countries. If used in the classroom this way, along with other materials it's quite good. But it is not for a person to buy it on their own to study by themselves. Also a huge downside is that the CDs are each in a separate package at a separate cost, each of which the teacher has to pay for by ourselves!
