Lovely quality
Top tips for hummus..good long soak in cold water overnight, change water every 6-8 hours, drain and rinse, use a pressure pot to cook, (garlic cloves are very subtle cooked w the beans in the pressure pot) then chill the bean “mush” after draining until nicely cold, place in processor with plenty of lemon juice, spices, salt msg etc you are using, and several ice cubes, process until very, very smooth adding ice or cold water as needed before adding tahini. Water based ingredients and spices first, then your well-stirred tahini..tahini oils prevent it from being as smooth if you add it first! Best hummus ever!

High quality product
I need certified gluten free beans due to my son’s wheat allergy and I feel confident in these being just that. I cook them in my instant pot and they are delicious- a very nice texture and high quality garbanzo. There’s a shortage of dried chick peas right now so I appreciate being able to get a good sized bag at a reasonable price.

Love that they're gluten free
These are great quality. One star off because they're really expensive for organic chickpeas.

Beautiful beans that taste great and we can eat with confidence that they are gluten free (we have a celiac). Mahalo for your gluten free product line, we are grateful!

WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE -- DISGUSTING!!!
THESE ARE HARD AS ROCKS!! They are NOT for snacking or sprinkling on top of other dishes like all the other dried chickpeas I've bought from Amazon. I tried cooking them in water and they're STILL disgusting, hard as little rocks, and inedible. Googling says you have to soak overnight for 8-10 hours and then MAYBE they'll be soft enough to consume but that completely defeats the purpose of why I got these -- I get the dried chickpeas specifically to have a light, crunchy topping for my meals. Now I will have to start soaking these overnight in batches, and I'm skeptical that they will taste like anything I want to consume the next day. Really, they are tiny misshapen little rocks with NO USE!!! Horrible! If I wanted a "wet" or "juicy" chickpea, I would have bought a can of them in water. I can't relay how disappointed I am in these. BLECH!!! The packaging should indicate that these are NOT EDIBLE AS IS, without CONSIDERABLE PREPARATION and then they will NOT BE CRUNCHY or chewable.
