Good quality don’t know how I baked sourdough without it before.

The Banneton proofing basket arrived on time and is exactly what I needed to improve the quality of my sourdough bread recipe. After a dusting of rice flour, the dough dropped easily from the basket to the baking stone. Not only did the flour prevent sticking but the rings of the basket make a beautiful decoration for the bread itself. A must have for bread bakers!

I use these baskets when dividing Forkish recipes into three loaves, rather than the intended two loaves. Fits great. Per the recipes, flour is your friend and prevents sticking of the dough. Bake on !!
