Great Pillow – Hels with shoulder pain
I bought this pillow for my partner, who has shoulder problems, and it’s been a great help. It’s comfortable and provides the right amount of support. The pillow is wide enough to cover the whole back.Be patient—it takes about 24–48 hours to fully inflate, as mentioned in the manufacturer’s instructions. Only used it for a few days, so I can’t say yet how well it will hold its shape long term, but so far, so good.Highly recommend if you're looking for something that does the job!

Good for surgery recovery
Sturdy but comfortable. I bought this for recovering from a surgery that meant I had to sleep on my back and slightly elevated for two months. As a side sleeper I was dreading it!! but this made it so much more comfy and kept me upright. The material helps to keep any pillows you place on top of it in place. It’s hefty but the handle on the top makes it a little easier to move around if you have limited mobility/strength.I’ve now recovered but I still use the pillow for sitting up in bed to read or sleeping more upright when I have a cold.

Great pillow, a little expensive.
I'm recovering from a long term illness and time in hospital. During that time my back weakened. I need the elevation to prevent it from seizing when I sleep. After months of discomfort and pain and trying to prop myself up with regular pillows this thing is a godsend. It's really comfy and a good size even for someone like me who is on the large side. It's expensive, but for me it's worth it.I'm hoping over time to eventually not need the pillow and be able to sleep flat again and the great thing about this pillow is that you get the opportunity to work towards that. There are two "lying" elevations. I'm using the higher one atm, but I know in a few months I'll be able to lower it and start to train my back for that and eventually I hope to not need it.My only complaint is that while you can buy a pillow case for it, it's very expensive. I think there should at least be an option to buy them as a "package" with a reduction in the combined cost. For that reason, I've knocked off a star and use a cot sheet wrapped and tucked instead

It's a firm but comfortable pillow
I bought it so I can sleep on my back, it was important to me not to sink when laying on it as I cannot breathe properly if I lay too flat. It's great as this pillow plus another pillow I have on top is just the right height and support for me. It's Great Neck support and it has a little handle so u can easily carry it with u if u want to take on holiday or to a friend's house yo sleep ( As it's important for me to have comfortable sleeping pillows). I use it when I'm on night duty listening out for my Mum who has Dementia as if I get a bit tired throughout the night I can just sleep on my mattress in the hall . This pillow fits perfectly inside my sleeping bag hood, so I can lay on my mattress now without my pillows falling off the mattress and I'm at a perfect height. The cover is lovely soft velvet so if I want to sleep on my side my arm is comfortable. It's a Great design also that the 2 separate cushions are sewn/joined together and have a couple of velcro strips at the sides , compared to them being 2 completely separate covers, which I think would move around a bit more as you move in the bed. It's quite Big and Wide compared to some I've seen but being a Bigger person this was a plus for me too... The cover is a washable zippered cover so it can just be removed for washing. I actually decided to buy the pillow based on a review by someone else saying it was a firm pillow. So thanks to them I bought this pillow and I'm a HAPPY BUNNY 😄🐰 XX

Too Firm, Hip Pain
The product arrived vacuum packed into a cylinder shape and filled out to its full size in a handful of hours. The fabric felt soft and my first nap with it, while not as comfortable as my mattress, was fine. A little bit of neck pain but it seemed like with a bit of adjustment it would be more than acceptable. The height seemed good and it had good support.Unfortunately, last night just cemented that this product isn't for me. It's too firm, but I like quite a soft mattress, and while it is as large in width as a single pillow because of the way I tend to lay it became quite uncomfortable to have my arm hanging over this huge dip - and it definitely wasn't going to work with my body pillow. Space was clearly an issue. Back sleepers may be fine, but I'm a side sleeper, and it just wasn't working. In the end, I attempted to shove the pillow under my mattress instead, and while this was vastly more comfortable in the end it was still causing hip pain. More obviously, it wasn't going to be a good long-term solution since the pillow was shorter in width than the mattress. All in all, a lot less comfortable than propping myself up with two pillows instead.
