Q: If i am wanting to use this grip as a shifter handle, how can i mount and could it be wired to control different things? (Like a radio)

I’m a not sure you can use it to control other things, the grip is designed to be connected to a PC and it requires Thrustmaster’s proprietary software (T.A.R.G.E.T.) to in order to operate.

Q: Why does this look like the warthog joystick, unless the usaf uses the same joystick?

Both the A10 and F16 use the same grip IRL. Interestingly, the F-117 Stealth Fighter also uses this same grip IRL.

Q: Can you use it for a car gear shifter?

I doubt it without serious modifications, the bottom has a proprietary electrical connector surrounded by a threaded collar that is completely different to an automotive threaded shifter shaft.
