What is the size of the plastic piece? The only size that is listed as the size of the paper inside the plastic holder.

The plastic is 1/8 in. thick and 13/16 in. wide by 2-1/16 in. long.

I can't get the paper out to write on it. Cut my finger trying to pry open with a knife. Any tips? Thanks!

They are a little tricky, they give directions on the product page, but mine didn’t need the key ring removed to take out the paper. I pushed the plastic PARTIALLY out with my thumb and wrote on the paper without removing it, then slid the plastic back in. Just be sure your ink is dry before sliding the plastic back or it will smear. By bending it slightly I didn’t have any trouble sliding the plastic out and in. I hope this helps.
