**Q: Are the all the materials washable? Is it made out of plastic and metal or is there wood?**
A: I would not submerge in water. Just take warm cloth and wipe.

**Q: Does the coal goes on the bottom? And bakhoor on top tray?**
A: The charcoal goes on top of the tray then we put the bakhoor on top of the charcoal

**Q: Will this work for kyphi?**
A: If you burn kyphi on charcoal, like other loose incense or resin incense, then this burner is for you! It's very pretty and works as described

**Q: Does the Burner come with charcoal Tongs?**
A: No it doesn’t.  I had to purchase one separately.

Better than expected. Nice looking and sturdy. The top has strong magnets that connect it to the base, which is a good safety feature. I used it with a fast lighting charcoal disc and a bukhoor chip. Looks cool when it's emitting smoke.
