This one is probably the most basic design you can get. It has a soft side to make the cold more bearable, and a smooth side if you really need it. Does well in the fridge. I don’t need to put it in the freezer. The straps are long and I can even get it around my leg. The Velcro holds well. I use it by laying it flat because while it is not too heavy for my leg, or my healthy arm, it’s too heavy for my injured arm.

I like it but it has a few issues. On the plus side it does stay cold for quite a while and althought its heavy, it is comfortable once you get it on. Which brings up the few negatives. You have to adjust it to fit you arm and slide it on. its almost imposible to wrap it around your arm and manage the velcro straps. not such a big deal since once you have it sized you just slip it on and off to put it in the freezer. The only other drawback is it sweats and water condenses on the outer shell. So if you rest on somthing like you desk while you are treating your elbow you wil find a wet spot on the surface. I would still buy this since the positives outweigh the negatives and it does work well.

Been using this for 24 hours. The great - it's pretty comfy. There's a nylon side (when it's deeply frozen) that is really nice. When you first put it on it doesn't feel all that cold but then it really settles in. The not so great - there's no plastic "throughput" to stablize the velcro straps so putting it on can be really wonky. It's explained that all you have to do is just pre-set it and then flip the thing, and do a dance, etc etc... but when you only have ONE arm that works (thus the need for this unit) that exercise isn't really practical or easy. Still giving it 5 stars. - Works great, feels like a nice deep cold without being painful - Once you have it on you, it is comfortable Be aware: - Kinda heavy - Not the easiest to put on

Works well (cold!) but difficult to put on.

The item is easy to put on and once it’s set you can just slide it on and off without moving the straps. It’s extremely cold , I let it warm from the freezer for 5 minutes before putting it on. The felt inner is comfortable. I usually have an ice bag but I’m glad I have this because I don’t have to hold with my other hand a bag or worry about dropping it. With the weight I’m surprised it stays put. The quality seems very good and I’m sure if I wanted to use it on knees it would be flexible enough to use.It is very stiff when it comes out of the freezer that is also why I let it warm a little so it’s more flexible.for me the cold lasts 30 min when it’s in the freezer for 6 hrs.

I didn't even have to freeze it (yet). It got cool enough from the Amazon truck so that - even after sitting in my heated house for over an hour - it was pleasantly cool when I put it on. I am wearing it now because it has relief and support, but I will try it again tomorrow after freezing it. Also, I really like how easy it is to put on, including the instructions printed on the box. You roll it into a tube a little larger than you need, put your arm in, and then tighten the 2 straps. I tried another that had 4 straps weirdly placed. I decided that I would need an additional 1 or 2 good arms to get that one one. The SUZZIPAD a bit bulky and restrictive, which is not a bad thing to me. It prevents me from accidentally overbending my arm to the painful level, and should allow me to let my arm heal. And it provides support without cutting off the circulation. And the bulk is because it has the cooling gel for your entire arm, not just a small portion. I'm considering buying a second one ... although I don't like the thought of planning for 2 bad elbows at the same time. :-)

Once you learn the technique for strapping it on it's perfect. I used it every day for about a month on my left arm. I have it in a cupboard near my freezer ready to go in at a moment's notice. It freezes up fairly quickly when required. It does what I need.

Love this ice wrap. It's easy to put on and stays on the right places on the arm. Very comfortable. I'm likely to buy another one.

Gets completely rigid when frozen..really hard to put on and doesn't not wrap nicely around elbow. Save your money and use a pack of frozen peas

Works well, applies cold over a large area around your elbow. Only issue is that bit is very heavy weight, could be lighter which would make it easier to apply.
