The DVD is a disappointment.......... Once have on workout
why spend so much money and only have one workout. I'm doing workout using another DVD workout. Surprised about the reviews.

Love my rebounder. Was having pain in my knee, since I started using my rebounder my knee is feeling much better. I'd recommend it to anyone.great way to get some exercise.
