Can you let it soak for more than 16 hours?

I let it soak for a week, and it seemed to be OK.

does it come with the tube connector?

No. It doesn't have the one to connect to the omc connector.

2011 prius has oil consumption problem. will this work spraying down throttle valve at fast idle???

No, it will clean the throttle valve but won't help with oil consumption. Check PCV valve if it has one, otherwise it could be due to piston rings/engine wear.

Does this stuff clean the carbs as well?

Great stuff. My last can lasted 10 years and probably went 11 out of 12 cleaning dirty gummed up carbs. The last one I did (generator) would run on 1/2 choke only and would die under a load. sprayed engine tuner in to the carb. and it helped a little but still would only run on 1/2 choke. I poured out the old gas, put in a pint of fresh gas and sprayed in the last 1/2 oz. or so from the can into the tank and within a couple minutes of running, it cleared out and ran like new. Ordering another can now.

Purchase new attachements to adminsiter product.

Been using this product for 31 years. First Outboard lasted 25 years, of pulling skiers, full throttle and AZ summers. The product can be sprated into the intake via a small tube (like WD 40). However, I usually administer the spray via the valve on the fuel primer solenoid. This time the foam would not flow into the valve and made a hell of a mess. Not sure if the new primer solenoid was the problem or my attachement is old. Either way, be sure to order one of the two spray attahments (for the primer valve, or spray tube into the intake). i ahd a spray attachemnt and was able to get ost of it into the carbs. Good Product and OEM to Johnson/Evinrude OB's.
