Holy moly, do NOT look directly at them when you're going to test them out for the first time. In fact, when putting the batteries in make sure you're not on an overly reflective or white surface and keep it pointed away from you. These suckers are BRIGHT!And for taking 3 AAA batteries each, they last quite some time! I used mine during a Hurricane to navigate my house - I even fell asleep with one on and to my surprise it was on when I woke up around 5 hours later and was BARELY dimmer.Also, where ever you decide to stick them YOU BETTER BE SURE THAT'S WHERE YOU WANT IT. You might be able to move them within a few seconds of sticking them up - but I have one in a cabinet that fell down, I left it where it fell because it was useful where it was -- until the cabinet got more full. I went to pull it up and it has ADHERED to the bottom of that cabinet. It's going to either leave behind the sticky pad or some damaged plastic when I finally get it off of there. Currently struggling to even pull it off of there. Lol.But yeah, strong sticky pads on the back - super bright LEDs and pretty decent battery life ESPECIALLY if you're only using them for short bursts at a time. Since purchasing them, I have not had to change the batteries in ANY of them. I keep them around the house for emergencies and 2 in cabinets to be able to find stuff in them since they're black plastic. But yeah, you will be able to see an entire room when your power goes out [not as good necessarily as an overhead light or a lamp can light it up, but you're not going to trip over anything and you'll be able to safely navigate the room!]And if you live somewhere the power goes out randomly but regularly, I highly recommend you mount one near your shower/tub so if you lose power in the shower you can tap it and see yourself to safety [or at least finish your shower safely].

When I first bought these thought they were great there small but very bright and stuck well but sadly didn't last long the prongs that hold the batteries broke quickly (a weeks time) and easily tried to turn one on during a power outage and wouldn't turn on took cover off to check and one prong from the battery fell out the batteries moved and the one fell out was disappointed because it started so well

I bought these for my Hurricane Emergency kit! I've tested all seven and they ALL work! They are a lot smaller than I thought but they will work for when the power goes out!!

I like their small size and they produce a lot of light. Only con would be that the sticky stuff on the back needs to be a little stronger if you are using in a hanging position. Other than that I am pleased with them and would buy again.

Very bright lights. Not for use over long term. Quickly drains batteries. Used as night lights but would dim after a couple of hours.

I live in a high risk fire zone in California and in the last couple months, we are constantly having our power turned off. I purchased 14 of these and have placed them all over the house above doors. They are wonderful and provide a good amount of light for bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and it will be easy to change the batteries. They last very long time depending on the quality of battery you install they take three AAA each. My only warning would be that the adhesive they come with is worthless and the first time I put them up they all fell down, but I purchased gorilla glue, tough and clear mounting tape on a roll and every single one has now stayed in place. I have been without power so many times you wouldn’t believe it and these really make a difference in being able to continue to function!

The media could not be loaded. Umm it was easy to install yes but didn’t last long at all so I wasn’t impressed it takes three AAA batteries which eats it up so quick doesn’t last long and the light isn’t as bright as I wanted it to be. It’s not much light. It’s really not worth your money. You’ll spend more money on batteries so it’s not worth it. It’s cute for appearance, but still, I was annoyed with this product when you use a remote control for it, it would only turn on two at a time, not all of them when I put them up so I was kinda annoyed with that and every time I clicked it to click on and then click on it literally click my hand the material so cheap. I had it hanging on a shelf and it fell off and two of them broke already and I only had them for at least a month. I will never buy this product again. Sad I spent my money on this.
