The reusable hot/cold gel packs are ideal for recurring hot and cold therapy needs. Multi use packs direct therapy to the intended area while reducing temperature loss. For cold usage, store the pack in a freezer for approximately 2 hours before application. For hot therapy, warm the pack in a microwave according to the instructions printed on the package.

Great seller! However...
UPDATE JUNE 2017: The last bunch I bought 6 months ago all l leaked (the 10x14 and the jumbo). Shame. When they merely said "JACK FROST and not Cardinal on the front, those ones lasted for over 6 years. I just bought a new set of jumbos because I need them for my spinal diseases-- they both leaked all over my clothes and towels within the second use.I use them frozen.The gel seeps out from the middle seem.Again. Shame.I've needed to ice my neck and arm for 12 years now.Why Cardinal started producing cheaper linings I'll never understand.Great seller, but these new Cardinal gel packs do NOT freeze the way the older "Jack Frost" labeled ones do (I have six year old Jack Frost labeled Cardinal gel packs that freeze better and stay colder twice as long). Shame. I need these for my spinal diseases.
