Excellent quality
I bought these as a gift last year for my son and he is still using them and still in excellent condition.

Does the job
Fits well in fridge. Lid recess for handle is handy so it lays flat. Just small enough to fit in the fridge. Only criticism is that it’s over priced for what is essentially a plastic storage box.

More for when you have split your dough. Won’t be big enough to let the whole mix prove. Use is for when you’re waiting to roll out your dough. Fine but arguably unnecessary

Trade Descriptions surely
First thing, this came in its original box with about 6 inches of Amazon tape on one side. The product itself is worth less than half the £24.99 and the biggest problem is its NOT AIRTIGHT. When clamped you can still lift the sides up, this description is nothing more than a lie. At the end of the day its a poor plastic tub so they must be exploiting the homemade pizza craze. In the process of sending back for a full refund.

Just a plastic box
Not too impressed with this to be honest at least not for proofing dough, i find it’s not airtight even when you clip it shut and find my dough gets dry and develops cracks in the top; I am still using it but have to cover the top in cling film then a tea town then clip the lid on and this then makes it air tight but to be honest the next one I buy I will make sure to purchase one that has great reviews
