Remember everybody is different. Listen to your body. Ive read articles and heard very positive experiences with mastica gum. Before Mastica I was having regular bowel movements, even 3 to 4 a day, but after only seven days in routine of taking these pills I started feeling constipated. I stopped and that symptom is better...not back to what it was but better. My digestion got a lot slower too, that could just be the h pylori, I'm not sure. The constipation though, I can totally pin point to this.Anyhow now im trying other natural remedies, because antibiotics for h pylori were just a nightmare too. Research be cautious and do what is best for you. If something doesn't feel right don't ignore it. Listen to your body. One person cure can be another's poison.
