Wonderful!!

I have used a lot of fine liners over the years, and these are pretty good. I have others that are favorites but had a book from a few years ago and wanted to give zentangle a go, and it was helpful to have the wide nib size selection in this pack.I went for this set over the other options as I had pencil and a paperstump to blend so it was just extra pens. This set gives you doubles in the 0.1 size and 0.8 handy as the 0.1 is the most used for the design and 0.8 for colouring in larger areas.Please be GENTLE with the pen nibs, they are so fine that if you are heavy handed you might damage the tips. Smooth paper is your friend. I have been using them on the WHSmiths sketch pad for sketching and drawing it has 135gsm paper and they have bleed though that a bit but not too badly. I haven't tried these on marker paper as I haven't got any marker specific paper yet.Comfy in the hand and good deep black in, haven't tested it with watercolour over it yet but using coloured pencils over it was brilliant, I had found with the Fabercastel pens that the ink even left for days afterwards would move a bit with the col pencil but these Sacura ones have been fine which was impressive as I'd only left them for a short while to dry.Different papers, pencil combinations and local temperatures will all affect drying times but these were great pens and if you want a good starter set they are well worth a look.

Recommend for when you are doing zentangling or any fine, line work

This was the best priced product I found. Most were more expensive and not a great selection of sizes! I've recommended to others!

Great pens for highly detailed black and white line drawings. Good quality metal nibs that won't bend too easy with like sone other brands I've used.
