I tried just toothpaste and a toothbrush, dish soap and a toothbrush, then I tried some other cleaning tablets. Finally, I tried these. These are hands down the best and I buy these on auto renew. With all other systems I had a yellowed and nasty looking mouth guard within 6 months and needed the dentist to put it in the Sonic washer during my regular dental cleaning visits.
