The layout is simple as well as the reading. I will sell it to a student in the next class. I don't have any use for it now that the class is over. I would recommend it for young students.

Nicely outlined and with a good flow. Easy to read and understand, visual were interesting. Chapters were thorough and informative yet short enough to hold your attention.

I purchased this book for a college class and it was helpful and arrived promptly. The book was in good condition and it was soooooooooo much cheaper to BUY from amazon rather than RENT from the campus book store. Plus, I can write in it all I want.

We all need some new perspective on how we can live a healthier life. This book offers a look at what might be genetic or what is environmental. If we are well informed, the chances are we may make better choices.
