Probably because I'm not all that organized, this didn't work all that well for me, but the AC program is doing wonders for me - my health is definitely improving and I'm starting to lose weight. VERY grateful.... So maybe this item will work better for others, just wasn't quite what I needed....

Great little book that helps with motivation while following the 5 hour schedule.has 1 months worth of pages if you put an entry in each day.

I don't use it, I found that I do not like the prefabricated pages I rather continue to write my free-text diet diary. But for people who like a little guidance in their thoughs and ideas about A.C. and Fast 5 it is certainly a good tool
