I have spending so much on waxes and this has saved me a ton of money from not having to spend so much on waxing. Yes it is a considerable upfront payment but I am seeing solid results of less hair growth after having used for about 5 months as per recommended schedule. This product did not really work well on me despite the reviews i saw, it does not replace clinical lasers since the temperature options are not very high it did not work for me. I have thick hair and have done clinic laser before, so this product helped maitain the clinic laser results for me so i had to visit less frequently

So I submitted a warranty claim and come to know that a faulty attachment is not covered under warrantyAttachment and machine are supposed to work together. Then why a warranty covers only half of the unit?New buyers need to consider that the repair shop will not honor the warranty for faulty attachment. Will update the review after the outcome of consumer rights dispute.
