It STINKS!!...LITERALLY!
Bought this to replace a dish rack bought from a flea market 10 years ago. It started to rust in the summer and I thought this would be a good replacement. Two weeks in and already seeing rust spots and it is very flimsy. There are sharp corners on some of the edges and the soldering job looks like it can't support too many dishes; always worrying it may collapse. And the worst thing is that the dripping water remains stagnant on the plastic tray, which I noticed led to a disgusting stench...the whole house smelled. The plastic tray is bulging upwards in the middle and water doesn't drain properly, leading to some sort of bacterial growth...which tells me that the plastic material doesn't have any antibacterial additives...just some cheap crappy generic plastic. Will be returning it this week. What a disappointment!

You need to buy this!
I normally don’t write reviews but this thing has changed my cold dead heart. We have limited counter space, no dishwasher and 4 kids (two under 5 and two teens) and ALOT of dishes get used here. Our old plastic rack was disgusting and didn’t fit on the counter well. I bought this and it seriously had enhanced my kitchen and therefore my life (if you know - you know). I have the plastic liner across the sink basin so I have freed up more counter space (do this at your own risk - it’s fine for my sink). It took about 30 seconds to put together and the quality seems great. If you are thinking about getting this do it. You won’t regret it. Best $25.99 I ever spent. Truly.

Holds a reasonable amount of dishes, not good for pots and pans
You have to be careful when you're putting plates and bowls into the rack and it probably depends on your particular dishes whether they stack nicely. My side plates work well in this rack, the bowls are ok.I like that it holds many cups and glasses in the bottom rack. We go through a lot of them. The loops on the side are useless for glasses and if you put cups on them, the cups don't drain (at least none of mine will). I tend to use that area for large utensils like a flipper. It doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like but I'm careful with it and nothing has fallen out or toppled over. The drain tray doesn't really drain since it is flat on the bottom but the lip does fit over my sink edge and when the rack is empty I can tip the whole thing over and drain it into the sink. Other racks/trays I looked at didn't have a drain edge and so I guess the whole thing can fill with water from dripping dishes and then you have to be more careful to drain it when you're done.I'd really like to get a coated rack like my older Rubbermaid rack and tray but they don't make them anymore. The newer Rubbermaid racks are lightweight and their trays are plastic rather than rubber. This rack is at least as sturdy as a newer Rubbermaid rack.

DO NOT BUY, MONTH LATE AND DAMAGED
Not only was the package a month late and didn't offer any tracking updates, the tray underneath came damaged. Not happy at all with this purchase. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

6 months in
This is exactly what I was looking for, since counter space is limited. It holds as much as I need it to with the exception of large items that I have a drying mat for anyway. It is still going sturdily after 6 months. Still clean and shiny. The only thing that would make this perfect is if the drip tray was an inch or so longer so that the utensil holder would drip on the tray from the back (non sink) side. Only because I feel like when it is on the sink side it encroaches on my work space in the sink, but it does drip properly. My simple solution, since it's not a lot of water, is to place a towel under it on the back side.
