I have expensive expert software from LXI and the other model did not work. This I hooked up and called USCUTTER and I spoke to a real person and he gave me the info and BOOM it worked. This is worth the extra money because it is a lot more solid than the MH models. So go get one they are great. NOTE : when putting the cutter/pen in there is a grove/slot to put the rim of the cutter holder in. Do not put the grove above the holder. (helpful tip) its something I screwed up and they told me how to fix. I also recommend another software package than SirCutsAlot.
