The drawer is as described - just wished it actually stuck to my wood desk. I only put a couple pens in the drawer and it didn't last more than a couple days. I wish the self adhesive was stronger then it would have been rated higher.UPDATED: The customer service was fantastic. After writing my original review the company contacted me and let me know they have since improved the self adhesive. It's really important to support small businesses right now, and this prompt customer service and subsequent improvement based on feedback is really impressive. I would definitely purchase from them again.

These are clever, useful little drawers for flat surfaces that didn’t have - but need - drawers. There is only one problem for those of us who don’t own a hair dryer - the adhesive is incredibly strong. If you don’t position the box correctly (or in the right place) the first time, getting it off is incredibly hard. That’s great because you know it will hold stuff without falling off, but it took a hammer & chisel for me to remove a misplaced one. I’m still giving it 5 stars, because that was my fault, not the product’s!

This is very handy to have. My night stand doesn't hold all i need, so i actually put this on the side of it and it holds great. The draw is nice and deep, so it holds a lot. And opens smoothly. The only issue i had was with the sticky backing. It was hard to get on because it stuck to my fingers and stretched; i wish it came with extra. But once you get it on it sticks very well. It also removes without damaging furniture.
