Excellent Flash, Remote Kit!
We use this on a Leica V-Lux type 114. Also fits any Panasonic with a hot shot and the older Leuca V-Lux. The radio transmitter activates the flash which has a stand and kicks off all the slaves in our studio application. It can also attach directly to the top of the camera. It is not automatic (TTL) to the camera so you will need to set the settings for your needs using manual on your camera. There brightness control on the flash allows for a variety of options. Good price, serves it's purpose well. If you want a more automatic application consider an upgrade from this brand to a TTL

Absolutely amazing product
I wish I could review this more than once. I LOVE this flash and remote. I am buying more now after this review. It is built well, very inexpensive, easy to use, versatile with camera brands and works great. I use this for weddings but also for portrait photography and rely heavily on this. Amazing product!

Bulky flash / slim wireless unit - works great on Fujifilm X-T100 - great for macro photography
*EDIT* After two months of use, the flash unit no longer turns on. It has been jostled a little bit on shoots and in my bag, but nothing to warrant it no longer turning on. Since it's under warranty, I'm currently in the process of sending it back for a replacement.-This is a great flash and works perfectly with my Fujifilm X-T100. Wireless response is excellent, flash is bright, and I really like that there isn't an LCD screen to waste battery life. Switching between the flash brightness modes is extremely fast as it's just a button press.I use this flash for macro photography and it's been wonderful.I've included pics I've taken using this flash.

Such a bright and simple flash to use! It has worked with each of my cameras, making this very versatile. Easy to use manual with quick e-mail support when needed. Has all the features I could need and cost barely anything!

Poor return policy
To begin with I love how the strobe has variable output and is easy to use. I do have a problem, though, with the company's procedure for replacing a defective item. When I informed them, via the Amazon process, that the itty-bitty remote-control transmitter, that comes with the strobe, arrived defective (this month), they first asked me to make a video of it. We're talking about an item that probably costs them $2 max to make. I made the case that the channels were set properly, that another unit I had bought from them worked fine, etc. Yet, they want me to jump through hoops because their policy manual says so. It's simply not worth my time to comply and I'm doubting my sanity for having spent so much time trying to make my case with them, that it would be simpler and cheaper (and better for PR) to just send me another one. But, no, that's not how they do things. Would I buy another one of their strobes? To be fair, probably, unless another manufacturer offered a similar item for a similar price. End of rant; I've spent too much time on this as it is.

Super useful for my work!
bright and speedy this flash helped me out a ton! my lighting is signifigantly better and it was so quick to get used to with how well it pairs with and sits on my camera. Transmitter works on all channels and with my flash and camera to link the flash, shutter, and timing all together at once. Good amount of steps to choose from brightness wise, this flash is easy to adapt whether I'm using night or day.

Ideal.

Best bang for your buck, no question
TL:DR: If you’re buying your first wireless flash, and don't have much money to spend, look no further. If you’re an amatur photographer looking to learn how to use off camera flashes (A must for all professionals) then the NW570 is likely your only option, and it’s a pretty good one too.For a relatively cheap 50~ Canadian Dollars (which is what i got mine at, prices may change) you get a wireless flash, and a trigger for it.If you look at other systems you’re looking at around 80 CAD for just the flash, and a trigger is extra. So it’s a great deal, You bet it is.The Neewer has an adjustable range of flash power (From 1/1 to 1/128th, with full increments, 1/2 > 1/4 , etc)And while it does have a guide number of 38, i think it’s more than enough power to be used with modifiers and the like, although of course you won’t be overpowering the midday sun with it (although it can serve and a good fill light in that case though)A Sync speed of 1/200th, make sure you don’t go over that otherwise you’ll get black bars in your photo (not a fault of the flash, it’s simply how they work)It’s a relatively simple interface to use the unit, you have a button to select your mode(comes with optical triggering too, Which simply means if you have multiple flashes, you can use a flash’s flash to trigger other flashes, that’s as best i can explain it.)Two buttons to move through your total of 15 channels, just in case someone else around you also has one of these, you won’t be triggering each other’s flashes.A button to turn off the wireless functionality, just in case you don’t need it (It’ll save some battery)A flash test button, which fires the flash, to test it.Two buttons to increase or decrease power (with a simple and easy to understand interface)And an On/Off Switch. On the side under a rubber door you also get a sync port and an external power port (So you can have much more juice for your flash if you’ll be using it at something like an event or the like)The receiver also has some buttons, two to select the channel for the receiver (Which has to be the same as the flash, of course) and one to test the flash so you can see if it’s triggering wirelessly. The build quality is acceptable, it’s made out of plastic with *metal* hot shoes (Which is great because on some flashes they’re plastic, for some reason.)So it should hold up well if you treat it nicely, just don’t go around throwing this like a shoe. The flash head also has a small bounce card and wide angle modifier you can slide out, just in case light is too specular or isn’t spreading far enough. It does take 4 AA batteries, which leads the recycle time at 1/1 to be around 5 seconds, so buy a few rechargeable ones off of Amazon with your order. Strangely enough the trigger takes a 32A 12V battery, i’m not sure how long that’s going to last in the trigger as it’s my first time seeing one, but it should last you a while. So who’s this really for?Its for the new photographers who want to venture into off camera flash on a minimal budget, this kit will get you started and shooting with a simple off camera flash. I think it’s a great product to learn with, especially for the price and relatively simple ease of use.If you already know how to use off camera flash and don’t need finer adjustment of power, wireless groups or the ability to control the flashes’ power from your camera (or the various bells and whistles from some more expensive flash systems) then this is a good flash kit to buy if you just want a simple flash as well.
