These corners hold the heaviest of material and look attractive on the mounting.
I needed the strength of the large corner to hold my 100 year old photos mounted on thick cardboard backing. My 100 year old photos were mounted on heavy cardboard. The clear acrylic corners held the photos in place while allowing the entire picture to be seen fully. I feel the corners are more expensive than I would have liked but could not find any that served the purpose as well.

The only place to find 3" corners
This is the only place I can find 3" corners. I just bought my second box. If you are going to use mounting corners for photos larger than 11x14 it works best to use the 3" ones rather than the 1 1/4" ones. There doesn't seem to be any size between the two. Obviously, if you're using 3" corners, you are going to need a full one inch border around your print. If you have just a bit less it's possible to snip the corners down the the right size with a pair of scissors. These stick well and are acid free. Mounting corners get around the problems of dry mounting or using tape as the mat behind the photo and the photo will expand at different rates as humidity in a room changes. Eventually that can cause some bubbling with a glue mount or crinkling with tape. I actually use one piece of tape across the top of my prints and corners to keep the photo in place.

Larger than expected
I used it to mount paper to my easel. But had to cut out a pretty large rectangle to frame the shape of the painting. Otherwise it held my paper pretty well..

These are SO easy to use.
In framing, I did not want to cut my corners, and have to fabricate them myself. These were inexpensive, and met my needs well.

Dependable
Clear, good stick, easy to use. I can’t help but wish they were a tad cheaper, but I buy them so its worth it to me. I use these to mount my art prints to a mat back board (I don’t use a front matting board, allowing the customers to pick their own when they buy a frame. I wouldn’t recommend using these and THEN using a top matting board, not a great look.

Excellent mounting corners for large size paper
I used these to mount large screen prints (ink on paper) to mounting board. They worked great for that purpose.

Great for larger items
These are great for larger items (photos, greeting cards, postcards, etc.) and they can be easily cut down if you need them smaller.

good product
like that they held the materials that I wanted included in my scrapbooks. I could have used a slightly smaller size but these did the job.
