I want to know how much weight it can hold?

I use it on cable machine for aduction and abduction plus glute raises but I’ve only pulled 40lbs. However the material is very stable and the clips are very strong.

Can you attach cable to the side rings as well? Thank you

I'd suggest that the fastening on the next version be done using velcro. It'd make it much easier to put on & take off - which I'm getting used to! :-) That get to give a 5star rating
