Q: Why are these made in China when the company is American?

It's called economics and production cost. Look it up.

Q: Will this fit a Nakii water filter pitcher?

I don't know if it will fit. It fit my Brita but water would not go through. The Brita filter which is what I ordered and did not receive works fine.

Q: Do these filters also work in a PUR water pitcher?

No this is only compatible with Brita
