Q: Would these hooks be appropriate for a female with smaller hands? It is difficulty to find ladies lifting hooks.

These should work for a woman with smaller hands. Thank you.

Q: Can you wash them? Without them getting ruined?

It is possible to get the hooks out of the straps, so I suppose they could be washed.

Q: Will I be able to use the hooks on a 2" fat bar?

I dont think so but if you have to use a fat bar for the weight you are probably going to tear these apart. I would stick to an olympic bar or buy hooks built to handle a larger bar

Q: What is the width of the hooks. The inside dimensions. I want to know if all my fingers will fit in between them?.

The space between the hooks is 2.5 inches (6.35 cm), the metal of the hooks is .25 inches wide, so the outer width of the hooks is 3 inches (7.6 cm). Your fingers, like mine, will *not* fit between them - but they don't need to! All of the weight is held by your wrists through the hooks themselves, so it actually doesn't matter all that much if you are even holding the bar at all. I usually put my middle three fingers between the hooks on the bar, and my pinky outside. Because reasons. I turned the hooks around so that they turn in in the opposite direction to my fingers. It doesn't catch so readily on my pants when doing sumo, and it feels more than secure enough without any significant exertion by the fingers. I just love them (and they are much better than a competitor's, because of the structure of the velcro wrist strap). I don't deadlift using ordinary straps anymore, at all.
