1930s DETROIT
Carefully researched story of a murder in a Hungarian section of the city. Very short book, lots of pics, those in city power rotten, greedy & shows how an ill-prepared attorney can ruin lives. 5 stars but remember...a very short and easy read book.

Good book. I live in metro Detroit so I love reading about Detroit’s history. An easy read and not too many pages. Read it in 2 days.

The book was a great read. This was more than a murder mystery novel. It was a journey to the past with rich history about the city of Detroit, its corruptied politicians and broken justice system. It was suspenseful and educational at the same time. I love it!
