I bought this backpack as a back up to another 12little backpack I bought a few years ago. my least favorite update in this new bag is that the side pockets do not hold a 32 ounce Nalgene bottle without a whole lot of difficulty. One of the reasons I initially kept the original backpack I bought a few years ago was because it did hold my water bottle and looked more professional than an outdoor backpack. Really disappointed in this “update”.

The first bag I ordered came without a changing pad and was clearly used (old mask found inside).I returned it and was just going to go with a different one. The seller contact me and apologized, and offered to send me one for free! They were very responsive and made it as easy as possible. I had asked if i would be able to switch the color and at first there was a price difference, but then they reached out again and said it was going on sale so to go ahead and order the color I wanted. So helpful!!!!This bag is very high quality, lots of pockets and the zippers are very well made. The material is waterproof and easy to clean. What I love most is that this bag can grow with the kids and it will still be very useful even when they are no longer in diapers. The tech pocket is great for when we go on trips as an easy place to store tablets for them and a computer/tablet for myself. I also plan on using this bag for myself when we no longer need it for the kids too!! The design is classic and will last forever.
