Fabulous
This book was well written. For a change the Christians in it were actual Christians. They didn't make them into the bad guy or perverts. They did not make them into fanatics. It was a excellent book and I highly recommend it.

Rangers
The Saurian Rangers started out as a good book. The storyline was great, but was just underdeveloped. Dragged in a few places, but picked up the pace after a few minutes. I gave it four stars because the language was clean. I took away a star because the religious line took away from the story. There was definitely religious bias here, but you have to read it to get my point. Was the Pope in charge of military operations since the Vatican sent rangers to investigate certain areas? And why were the rangers made up of only one religious group? Since this is an end of the world story and dinosaurs and disease are killing people left and right...what was the point? I liked the ending because the bad guys did not come out on top, but who was Typhoon? Too many questions for me, but maybe I missed something.

Good read,
Enjoyable book. Doesn't rely on future fantastic technological leaps, just extraction from current technologies and ideologies into the near future.

It's a must read
This is his first novel, but he has complete control of his story and his style. Read it. can't wait to see what this new author has to offer. This book has a great pase. Easy enjoyable read. Worth it.

Good Premise, Execution Needs a Lot of Work
The idea behind this story was really interesting and quite unique, and the level of diversity in dinosaur species covered was impressive. So it deserves the two stars, but don't bother reading this if you want developed characters or storyline. The lack of any female characters that aren't just wives to characters is pretty hard to ignore as well. I also found the connection between Christianity and the rangers to be quite the stretch since the characters themselves never exemplified it. It was only ever mentioned in passing. Good place to start and the author is obviously very creative, but there are some biases that the author needs to address to write in a more holistic manner.

An amazing read! And it is not "woke."
I honestly had trouble putting this book down! It is one amazing story! While I do not accept the theory of "evolution," I understand how many today do, since it's been taught, in our schools and colleges for decades, as settled science. But I was honestly amazed--simply amazed--at the intricate, yet not at all boring, detail and depth of knowledge the author gave while telling a really fascinating story. The author was setting forth how good overcomes evil, and that is needful today. Yet the story, while emphasizing that Christians do resist and stand against evil, is in no way "preachy." The religious element is clearly there, but it is somewhat subdued. No one should be offended by it. After all, there is religion in our world; it is simply a reality and isn't going away, so canceling anyone who alludes to it is quite unrealistic. This book is a good read. Yes, it lacks in the proofreading and editing areas. I am a writer/editor myself, and I certainly noticed this shortcoming. However, a lot of emerging authors, today, are self-publishing, and not all of them can self-edit or hire editing done for them. I think this writer can easily become a bestselling author, and I give him a hearty thumb's up. I look forward to his next book. Thank you, Mister Fowler, for an amazing story!

Adventure but needs editing!
Haven't finished yet, but the lack of editing, and the assumption that "woke" renewables would be available after the catastrophic fall of civilization, is distracting

Not very good, save your money and brain.
I'm one chapter in and want to know who proof read and edited his work? I cannot believe they let this go forth to publication. Chapter one has just enough excitement to keep me interested, but the grammatical errors cannot allow me to give above two stars at this time.10 chapters in; grammatical and spelling errors continue. I really don't think I can finish this book. Tip to the author "are" means "are you going to the mall later?" "Our" is the possessive. Please hire an editor and learn to proofread. And yes, I must lower my rating to one star... the story line is poor even for science fiction.Finished the book. Two thoughts either English is his second language or he used some budget talk to text program. Books like this is why I prefer nonfiction over newer novels.
