Great manufacturer support
Glass arrived fine, but the airlock in the package was broken. I emailed the company and received a reply not even 30 minutes later, and an hour after that a new airlock was being shipped to me. They also gave me suggestions on what to use in the meantime. Amazing support that is almost unheard of these days. Will be purchasing again from this company for sure.

Fantastic service

Amazing product!
It is absolutely amazing I love using these for fermenting my mead, perfect for any home brewer! Reason I gave it only 4 stars is because they forgot to add one of the pieces to the airlocks in my package which is fine I don’t anticipate needing them ALL at the same time but still would enjoy everything in the package. OVERALL I LOVE THE PRODUCT THO! As you see in the photo it’s missing the airlock seal to push the CO2 into the water for release. But it’s only missing 1 again no big deal!

The carboy I was sent did not have the same opening size as others
The opening on this one is barely big enough to even fit the bung for the airlock deep enough to create a seal.

When I contacted the seller that three of the airlocks were missing in our package, they quickly sent the missing airlocks. We are very happy with our purchase and the seller.

Airlock broke immediately
Update: The seller was incredibly fast to respond to me and sent over a new airlock. Amazing customer service and a great product!The jug, cork, and tubing all worked great and were easy to clean and use. However, when I tried to use the airlock, it immediately snapped in my hand, making it unusable. I ended up using a plastic bag for my fermenting this time.
