second try at new ironing board - GLAD i got this one. VERY solid & sturdy - heavy (not too) weight so its stable. I keep mine set up as I iron every day - (quilter) - came with a dark cover which I don't care for but not a reason to not order. ALSO packaged well so was not bumped around in box. Strongly recomend. BUT WISH IT HAD SHELF BELOW TO HOLD ITEMS.

Love this ironing board! I got the one that does not have the iron iron rest (I always hated those.) I love that it has a heat resistant spot. It is very sturdy. It doesn't creak when I'm using it.The only thing I don't like is the print on the cover. It makes me a bit dizzy. (I might replace it some time.)Overall, though, this is a really nice ironing board. I researched ironing boards like crazy and ended up with this one. I'm happy with my pick.

I can't believe that it took me so long to replace my old and wobbly ironing board. This new ironing board is absolutely a dream. It is large, and it is easy to move around. (I don't have to move it far, but still.) I sew for fun, and I sew as couture as I can, always learning new things, but I like to sew women's blazers, blouses, pants. So, there is a lot of ironing, and this has made that part of the process so much nicer than before. I genuinely can't believe it too me so long to realize what a gamer changer a new ironing board would be. Not just any new ironing board, but this ironing board. I bought the C model, and I struggled between it and the D model in decision, but I finally bought the C model, and I am thrilled. I don't have room for another, but if I did, I would be happy to also buy the D model! But, alas, this review is only for the C model. I will say that I don't like any of the patterns on the ironing board cover, so I bought one with a plain cover, which is few nice, very padded. Lovely.

After about 30 years my old ironing board broke and this new one is a great replacement. Very easy to get the height I need, love the small shelf to store my iron, and the ironing board cover fits well and makes it easy to iron. It also folds up easily so I can store it in a closet.

I didn't know how much I needed this until I replaced its rickety, wobbly, rusty predecessor. It is wide and solid, with a stable stance and good iron rest. One note: if you iron sheer or semi-sheer fabric a lot, you may want to get a solid color instead of a print. I thought I was getting water spots (I wasn't), when I was just seeing the water bubbles printed on the cover. But that's a me problem, not the fault of the ironing board. Absolutely worth the money if you iron frequently.

The Brabantia C is awesome and the frame is steady and it works great with my Rowenta Pro Master iron.It’s just what I needed to ensure my cotton shorts, jeans, and linen shirts look great all the time

I panicked when I first opened the box - the ecru cover seemed to be filthy or had small black bugs and not a solid cream color as indicated in the images. I immediately threw it in the wash by itself. “Natural cotton” apparently means speckled looking. It’s almost like a linen. I will say the cover washed well on delicate and I dried it by ironing it on the board with no issue. One of the tie ends broke at the pointy end of the board but that did not affect my ability to secure it. The rest works with without issue. It is stable. It’s easy to fold though heavier than a cheap one; the cover does come off as cheap compared to the construct of the ironing board itself. One star off for cover quality, but you can swap it out. The structure of the board is quite nice.

I had this ironing board for a year and a half and noticed it had some rust. I love the size shape and sturdiness of the board. It is absolutely fabulous. Their customer service was very impressive and quickly resolved the issue after photos and purchase proof was provided.
