- About this item 😀SMUDGES Blue Sage smudge stick roughly 3 to 4 inches long. 😀CLEANSING AND HEALING Blue sage is mostly used for cleansing and healing purposes. It is sometimes used to remove malevolent spirits and to provide spiritual strength 😀Also known as 'grandmother sage' 😀DIRECTIONS Turn the smudge to around 45 degrees, light the end, allow it to flame for about 30 seconds and then blow out. Cedar smudges are often packed very tightly together. If your smudge is difficult to light this is probably the reason why. Simply tease the end apart to allow air in. Alternatively break pieces off and use them separately. Use a suitable container such as a shell to hold the lit smudge in. 😀NATURAL Please remember these are a natural product.
