Sturdy and great value for money. Very long and good quality

Cheap and cheerful but does the job well.

It does what it says on the tin, my only problem is that the wooden poles are not really up to the task. If you have to hammer them down, even the lighthest tap causes the top rubber bits to desintegrate and if you tap a bit harder I can see the poles themselves breaking.

Arrive on time just what I ordered

It was OK as far as a standard windbreak goes, cheap, but not great quality. 2 of the poles have got splits in. The poles aren't sharpened very much - they're tapered to 15mm diameter then completely flat. This means they're fine on a sandy beach, but no good for camping as you can't beat the poles into the ground because they're not pointy!

I would strongly advise against buying this product, particularly if you are ordering it from the UK. When I received the windbreak, I immediately found that it was far too heavy for my needs. The product information did not make its weight sufficiently clear, and it was therefore not suitable for me. In addition, the colour I received was completely different from the colour shown on Amazon. The advertised product appeared considerably darker, whereas the one I received was very light. This is important for a windbreak because I specifically expected it to provide shade and protection from sunlight. I requested a return, but Amazon provided a barcode rather than a QR code. When I took the very heavy parcel to a Post Office, they told me that they could not accept it without a QR code. I contacted Amazon and was told to pay for the return myself, keep the receipt, and Amazon would reimburse me. I carried the heavy parcel to the Post Office again, only to be told that they could not process the barcode because they did not have the necessary equipment and could only accept a QR code. I then took the parcel to a second Post Office, but they also refused it for exactly the same reason. This was particularly difficult because the temperature was over 35°C, and I simply could not continue walking around the town carrying such a heavy parcel looking for another Post Office. After explaining everything to Amazon again, I was told that I did not need to return the item and that Amazon would refund me. I later contacted Amazon again to ask when I would receive my refund, only to be told that they had no record of the previous agreement and that I needed to return the item again. After I explained the entire situation once more, Amazon contacted the seller. The seller confirmed that they could not provide a QR code and told me to resolve the matter with Amazon. Amazon subsequently confirmed to me in writing that I did not need to return the item and that I would receive my refund. However, after waiting and still receiving no refund, I contacted Amazon yet again. I was then told, once again, that I had to return the item. I was advised to make an A-to-Z Guarantee claim. Amazon even submitted the claim on my behalf. The claim was rejected. I subsequently provided Amazon with the details of the two Post Offices that had refused to accept the parcel because there was no QR code. Amazon told me that these details had been added to my A-to-Z claim. The claim was rejected again, and one of the reasons given was that I had not contacted the seller. This was factually incorrect. Amazon had contacted the seller on my behalf 2 times and I recieved the letters, and the seller had responded that they could not provide a QR code and that I should deal with Amazon. After all these attempts, I still had to continue contacting Amazon and explaining the same situation repeatedly. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I am also very concerned that Amazon does not make it sufficiently clear on the product page that this is a third-party seller and that returning the product may involve serious difficulties. I believe customers should be given clear information about who is actually selling the product and how returns will be handled before purchasing. For me, this has been a combination of an unsuitable product, inaccurate product presentation, and an unacceptable return experience. I cannot recommend this seller or this product. I would also strongly advise UK customers to be extremely careful when purchasing products from third-party sellers through Amazon, particularly where a return may be necessary.

Eigentlich ein gutes Produkt. Die Bespannung hat mir jedoch nicht gefallen und es ist aus der Beschreibung nur versteckt herauszulesen, dass es sich nicht um Stoff sondern Gewebeplane handelt. Und aufgrund der Größe würde eine Rücksendung ca. 50% des Gesamtpreises kosten, die man selber zu tragen hat. Also besser keine solch großen Artikel online bestellen, wenn man sich bzgl. Qualität etc. nicht ganz sicher ist!
