My absolute all-time favorite hair skin and nail gummies! The flavor is unbeatable, by far out doing all competition. They smell amazing, taste amazing, have a great texture, have all the right ingredients, come in the perfect strength, extremely easy to use as you just pop them in your mouth and chew them and enjoy the delicious flavor, which I much prefer over the pills. I love that it comes with a 100 gummies per bottle so it's a great value! I will continue to take these hair skin and nail gummies overall others as long as they keep making them.

Not a huge fan of aftertaste but has a great assortment of vitamins. Think aftertaste is from the zinc.
