Love it. Great flavor. Fantastic quality. Worth the price considering the prices of ingredients individually. No jitters. Doesn't increase heart rate but gives you more natural energy. Mentally wakes you up without headaches. Crushing my workouts has been a real treat. Cold water and some ice on a hot day. Muscles heal faster. Fatigue less in certain workouts being able to push myself ( safely) a little harder. Doesn't give me acid reflux. Very refreshing. Doesn't cause me to crash. More natural energy after workouts. Nice pump during workouts.

Good quality and value for the money

If you are looking for a pre-workout that is going to get you super amped up, this is not for you. It has about as much caffine as a cup of coffee. This does not give me the jitters or shakes, but provides me with enough energy to have a good workout. I do have a little trouble sleeping at night on days I take it, but I also don't take any other stimulants normally. I would say if you are someone that drinks caffine or energy drinks regularly you wouldn't have this problem. This pre-workout is my go to.

I love this prework out and rotate it with my supplements, i rotate them so my tolerance for caffeine doesn't get too high. The pump its real and it gives me the boost to keep weight lifting, and the enegy keeps me going even after my training. I dont crash either and the flavor its a bit sour but i love sour.

The flavor is ok. I wish i would have stuck to my favorite rainbow sherbert though.

You see a lot of pre-workouts always talking about how they taste the best, have the best flavors, or the greatest variety of flavors. Then they lack extensively on their ingredients and blend of necessary pre-workout qualities. Dr. Stoppani has made something incredible here. The quality ingredients and the variety is like no other preworkout. 2 grams of creatine hcl AND beta alanine, 1 gram of taurine, all 4 L-Leu..., and 300mg of caffiene. I've never seen something with all this in one. You could get C4 and have incredible tingling sensations with no other substance, or Mr. Hyde and get focused and a good pump with nothing else. But for the same price and still great tasty flavors, why wouldn't you go for something that will get you everything under the sun in one product. I've tried almost all these flavors, done many different pre-workout cycles as to not get desensitized, and I cannot recommend this product more.

This is such a must have for your workout routines. I have tried multiple if not all the different flavors in the taste is always great. It provides great energy and it mixes very easily with no lumps or clumps when mixing it with water. It’s a great value for your money, and I pair it with their protein powder, and a post workout. Such a great quality.

Effective but taste not great.

I’ve ordered from body building.com usually and this tastes great. This time I thought I’d save money on the shipping but I wish I’d have bought direct as this tastes awful really bitter and I wonder if this is a fake
